中国央行将开展隔夜逆回购 单日操作量上限调至1万亿元

　　中新社北京9月23日电 (陶思阅)中国央行23日发布公告称，为更好匹配银行体系短期流动性需求，将在9月28日至10月8日开展隔夜逆回购操作，每日操作量不超过10000亿元(人民币，下同)。

　　6月末以来，隔夜逆回购操作已逐步常态化。在本次公告中，每日操作量上限从此前三轮的6000亿元，上调至10000亿元。

　　“十一”长假前后，受居民节前取现、月末银行考核、公开市场操作集中到期等因素影响，隔夜逆回购需求增加。东方金诚首席宏观分析师王青认为，央行上调每日操作上限，能够充分满足金融机构短期资金需求，引导货币市场隔夜利率(DR001)围绕政策利率平稳运行。他预计，后期央行可能进一步增加隔夜逆回购操作频率，进而逐步替代7天期逆回购，成为央行短期流动性调节的核心政策工具。

　　国盛证券首席经济学家熊园表示，强化隔夜利率调控既符合银行间市场的交易结构，也与国际价格型货币政策框架的演进方向一致。从中国货币市场运行结构看，隔夜品种成交规模和市场活跃度均明显高于7天期品种，因此其价格变化更能反映银行体系短期流动性的边际松紧。(完)
